Requirements for Baptism
- Birth certificate of the baby to be baptized, from the county of birth.
- Godparents must be active and practicing Catholics.
- Godparents if married:Certificate of Catholic Marriage and Confirmaion.
- Godparents if single: certificates of First Communion & Confirmation.
- Proof of pre baptismal class from parents and sponsor ( classes are the First Saturday of every month.)
- Parents/Sponsors that are not registered at St. Anthony's must present a letter of permission and prebaptismal class certificates from their parish.
- A $35.00 stipend for Parishioners and $50.00 for Non Parishoners.
- Once all the requirements have been gathered, please call the Parish office and Schedule an appointment with Liz or Lucia.
